History of Thomas Holt Villages

A PLAN TO PERPETUATE THE NAME OF THOMAS HOLT - continued -

At the 2005 Annual General Meeting the name of the Company was changed to Thomas Holt Villages to better reflect the fact there is more that one site.

In 2007 a modern apartment complex comprising 11 large two bedroom independent living units was developed on the site of the old Tondara building. This year also saw the completion of the first satellite complex in The Boulevarde Sutherland. This attractive 7 unit apartment complex provides an opportunity for retirees to live in a community setting and yet still retain the advantages of being part the Thomas Holt Villages community as well.

Future plans include the development of more Independent Living Units in the nearby area.

There are currently in excess of 200 residents in the Thomas Holt Villages Community. The organization is a registered charitable organisation with a firmly established philosophy. We are not aligned with any religious, church, political or service group. The Honorary Board is elected by the 100 company members.

At the time of writing Thomas Holt Villages provide employment for approximately 100 people.
