The following is Thomas Holt Villages policy for handling personal and sensitive information with regard to residents, community clients, and next of kin. Our policy is in line with the Thomas Holt Villages privacy policy.
‘Clients’ below refers to people for whom Thomas Holt Villages provides care services – be they receiving residential (for example, hostel) or community care (for example, Community Aged Care Packages), or the relative, friend or other representative about whom Thomas Holt Villages has information.
