Will Thomas Holt Villages give anyone my information?
Your records will not be disclosed to any contractors or other businesses without your consent.

Part of our responsibility in keeping your records is to make sure that they are accurate and relevant. Thomas Holt Villages will endeavour to keep all records about clients as accurate and relevant as possible. Information about you that is no longer relevant to the purpose for which we collected it will be disposed of in a secure way.

Your right to see your records

If you would like to find out what kind of information Thomas Holt Villages has kept about you, please contact the Administration Office on (02) 9545 4799. You are entitled to see your records and to correct them if you believe they are incorrect.
