Residential Facilities

Low Care (Hostels)

Residents in ‘low care’ are provided with personal help for day to day living. Personal help includes things like meals, laundry, cleaning, therapy, personal care, assistance with medication and recreational activities. Low care is not for people who require 24-hour nursing care.

Roden Cutler House and Jacaranda Hostel

Roden Cutler House accommodates 87 hostel residents, all in single rooms, all with ensuites and most have balconies. Roden Cutler House has a 16 bed dementia specific facility for older people who have a Dementia; Alzheimer’s or have challenging behaviours. Jacaranda Hostel has 22 beds, including 4 shared rooms. Where appropriate we allow residents to ‘age in place’.

Ageing in Place
Means not having to change facilities just because your care needs may change over time.
