ON GOING CARE

This is subject to the availability of accommodation and Government regulations at the time. It may be necessary for someone requiring immediate care to be located in another Aged Care Facility pending a vacancy in ours. Please be aware that current Commonwealth Government policy guidelines on admission to subsidized Aged Care Facilities require places to be allocated on a needs basis. Access to a subsidized Aged Care Facility is subject to a person being assessed as eligible for admission in accordance with Commonwealth Government laws and cannot be guaranteed.

The management of Thomas Holt Villages self care accommodation complies with the NSW Retirement Villages Act (1999) and Regulation 2000.

Thomas Holt Villages operates five self care complexes with a selection of one and two bedroom units, in the Sutherland Shire:

• Kilpatrick Court
• Wentworth Court
• Tondara Court
• Acacia Court
• Seymour Shaw Court

Residents and clients of Thomas Holt Villages may be admitted to another service or facility as care needs change or increase. All existing clients have priority admission into other services as the need arises.
